Handmade stickers

Handmade stickers that are in stock are dispatched within 1–3 working days of your order. This is the time before dispatch, not the delivery time.

Availability applies to the selected size. No dispatch date is promised for sold-out variants. Shipping costs are shown at checkout; delivery time depends on the destination and postal service.

Orders containing handmade stickers and print-on-demand products may be shipped separately.

Shipping costs for handmade stickers

  • Germany: €1.50; free from €15.
  • Other EU countries: €3.50; free from €30.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: €4.50; free from €35.
  • Other supported international destinations: €5.50; free from €40.

Within Germany, we use letter post; internationally, we use Warenpost International Economy. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order value after discounts. Print-on-demand products have separate shipping charges; mixed orders may incur additional shipping costs. The final costs are shown at checkout.

The following production and delivery information applies to print-on-demand products.

Shipping overview — made to order

Most products at Cerebroscope Studio are produced after you order and fulfilled through Printify, our printing and production partner. Processing time, shipping costs and delivery time can therefore vary by item, especially when products are dispatched from different locations.

Production and processing time

  • Most products are produced within 1–5 working days.
  • Production may take longer during busy periods, including holidays, promotions and periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery times

After production is complete, your order is dispatched. Delivery time depends on the item and destination:

  • Germany: 3–7 working days
  • EU: 5–14 working days
  • International: 7–21 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays with postal services are possible.

Split deliveries

If you order several items, they may be made by different partners, dispatched from different locations or arrive in several parcels at different times. This is normal for print on demand.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket and the delivery address. As products may come from different production facilities, an order may include several separate shipping charges.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive an email with a tracking link after dispatch.

Customs and import charges — international orders

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or local charges. These are payable by the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Correct address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, reshipping may incur additional costs.

Damaged or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or is missing, please contact cerebroscope.studio@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue with the production partner as soon as possible.
