Returns policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / items that cannot be returned

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (including special orders or personalised items) and personal-care products (including beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or credit-card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
