Orders & payment
How do I order?
Select your preferred size or variant on the product page and add it to your basket. Available payment methods and final costs are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether a change is possible depends on whether the order has already been dispatched or production has started.
What if a variant is sold out?
Availability is shown separately for each variant. No dispatch date is promised for sold-out items.
Shipping & delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Handmade stickers in stock are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Print-on-demand products are made after you order; production usually takes 1–5 working days. Delivery time is additional in both cases.
How much does shipping cost?
For handmade stickers: Germany €1.50 (free from €15); other EU countries €3.50 (from €30); United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway €4.50 (from €35); other supported international destinations €5.50 (from €40). Free-shipping thresholds apply after discounts. Print-on-demand products have separate shipping charges. Final costs are shown at checkout.
Why do items arrive separately?
Handmade items and print-on-demand products may be dispatched from different locations. Multiple print-on-demand items may also arrive in separate parcels. If tracking is available, you will receive the link after dispatch.
Returns, exchanges & problems
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Our return policy explains the time limits, conditions and exceptions. For an exchange, return the item received; once the return is accepted, you can order your preferred item separately.
My item is damaged, incorrect or missing. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, photos of the item and packaging are helpful.
Products, sizes & care
What is included?
The product description lists what you receive, the material and available variants. Handmade stickers are sold individually in your selected size. Mockups show the design and are not a to-scale size comparison.
How do I choose a size?
Check the dimensions or size chart on the product page. Sticker options specify either the longest side or the height and width. For clothing, use the chart for that particular product.
How do I care for my products?
Follow the care instructions in the product description. Materials and care differ by item; sticker instructions do not automatically apply to clothing, mugs or other products.
Handmade stickers
What are they made from?
Our handmade stickers are made from polypropylene (PP) with a glossy protective laminate and permanent adhesive.
Are they waterproof or removable?
They are water-resistant. Avoid prolonged soaking and dishwasher cleaning. Apply them to a clean, dry, smooth surface. They are not designed to be repeatedly removed and repositioned.
Print on demand & digital products
What does print on demand mean?
Our production partner makes these products after you order. Production times, shipping costs and care instructions may differ from handmade items.
What should I check for digital products?
If an item is offered as a digital product, check the listed file formats, required software and usage terms before purchasing. A digital product does not include a physical item unless the description states otherwise.
